Instructions:

1.    Use Quilt Ruler to cut foam board to 11 ½” x 11 ½”.

2.    Use a round foam plate to form the circle in the middle of the foam board.

3.    Trace perimeter of the plate using a #2 pencil.

4.    Cut it the circle using X-Acto knife.

5.    Take the “Seaside Water” paper and place foam board on the top, trace out the circle on the back, and then set to the side for later.

6.    Glue front surface Foam board all over taking care to get near the edge of circle.

7.    Take the plastic page protector, stretch it on top of the glue and allow to dry.

8.    Take your “Seaside Water” paper and trace out a circle ¼” smaller than the circle you traced on the back side and then cut along this line. You may use a compass with this step if you would like.

9.    Using the “Cat Eye” ink pads, dab the edges of the paper around the circle and along the sides. Repeat using all three colors.

10.     Stamp palm tree, birds and palm plant using black ink on the “Seaside Water” paper.

11.     Use chalk to color in the plant and the palm tree.

12.     Glue surface of plastic and foam board so you can attach the Seaside paper on the front.

13.     Line up and attach. Allow to dry before proceeding to the next step.

14.     Attach the photographs to the front of the “At the Beach” paper so that they can be seen through the circle in the foam board.

15.     Turn foam board over on the back and make sure it is on a flat surface.

16.     Glue the back side of the foam board.

17.     Place four different colors of the micro beads in the middle of the circle making sure you do not put too many.

18.     Place a sprinkle of Fru-Fru Flakes in the middle with the beads.

19.     Stand up so that you can attach the “At the Beach” paper with the photos to the back of the foam board. Take care to press down all around the foam board so that the glue spreads evenly.

20.     Allow to dry before moving so that beads do not get in with the wet glue.

21.     Attach “Cruise” coaster on the front of the “Seaside Water” paper.

22.     Place fish net string along the side and glue down using dabs of hot glue in various areas.

23.     Then cut extra along the edges of the paper.

24.     Take the tag and Cat’s Eyes’ colors the edges the same way you did on the “Seaside Water” paper.

25.     Stamp palm plant and Navigation on the tag.

26.     Color the plants using the chalk as before.

27.     Stamp the name of your work on the tag and attach using pop-up dots on the fish net string.
