Mini-bet rubber stamp set (TAC)
Cotton White StazOn Ink Pad (Tsukineko)
Background Paper - double sided (K & Company):
     Cut 4 pieces at 5 3/4" x 7 1/2"; one piece at 3 1/4" x 3 1/4";
     One piece at 3 1/8" x 3 1/8",
One piece at 4 1/2" square to put through with the Sizzix Die.
Plastic from the plastic boxes that stamps come in
Frame Die (Sizzix)
Bind-It-All binding machine (Zutter Innovative Products)
Bind-It-All Brown 3/4" O-Wires (Zutter Innovative Products)
Scor-Pal scoring surface
Scotch Quick Dry Glue (3M)
Circle Punch - 3/4" (Marvy)

Instructions:

1.    Cut all papers as directed in the Supplies.

2.    Die cut a piece of the plastic box and the 4 1/2" square of designer paper using the Frame Die and a die cutting machine. Center the 3 1/8" square of designer paper on the frame die and cut.  Adhere this smaller square frame to the front of the plastic frame and the larger designer paper frame to the back of the clear plastic frame.  Only apply glue where it won't be seen from the front.  Punch a half circle in the top of the 3 1/8" square piece and apply glue around the edges only (very close to the edge).  Adhere to the back of the front cover.  This will make a pocket to slide your photo in.

3.    Stamp words directly on the photo you are going to slide in the cover pocket.

4.    Score the 4 pieces that are cut at 2" and then rotate 90 degrees and score at 3 3/4".  Fold up the 2" and glue along the outside edges only to form that pocket.  Fold along the other score line (It will look like a school folder).  Repeat on all 4 pieces and stack them on top of one another.

5.    Place these folders into your binding machine with the punch setting at "inside".

6.    Cut another piece of the plastic to 4" square.  This will be your back cover.

7.    Insert your two cover pieces into the binding machine and punch the holes with the punch setting at "cover".

8.    Gather these pieces together and bind them according to the machines manual.
