Braid Technique Card By:

Supplies:
1. Fold paper, using nice crisp folds, in half lengthwise letting the pattern show.
2. Open the paper. 3. Fold the edges of the paper to the middle.
4. Fold the paper in half the other way.
5. Open just the last fold. 6. Fold the edges of the paper to the middle.
Do this for each of the thirteen pieces of paper. 1. Slide the two ends of one folded piece into the middle of the next piece putting the piece right next to the fold.
2. Slide the next folded piece into the last piece.
3. Keep sliding in each piece. Directions for finishing the card: 1. Stamp bicycle stamp onto large white paper and color as shown. Forget what you kindergarten teacher said and go ahead and color outside the lines of the flowers. First color with the pink pencil and then add some of the process red. 2. Apply Stickles to the bicycle and let dry. 3. Layer this onto the black Uptown Girl paper using the ATG 700 tape dispenser 4. Layer the paisley Uptown Girl paper to the card putting it almost to the upper left hand corner. 5. Apply Stickles to the big paisley and let dry. 6. Layer the paper chain down the left hand side of the card as shown using a glue stick. 7. Layer the bicycle layers onto the card as shown. 8. Stamp bicycle stamp onto small white paper centering the bicycle as shown and color. 9. Layer the paper onto the chipboard using the tape dispenser. 10. Edge the chipboard with Midnight Black Versa Magic Chalk Ink. 11. Layer the chipboard over the bicycle on the card lining everything up. 12. Apply Stickles to the bicycle on the chipboard and let dry.
