Instructions:

Designer’s Note: I am not going to give the dimensions of the white cardstock that I wrote the verses on because your handwriting will produce the need for a different size. Sometimes I had to rewrite verses because I made an error or just didn’t like my handwriting for that one and when I rewrote it, I needed a different size. So cut your width, write on it and then cut off at the bottom.

1.  Punch out matchbook.

2.  Cut all the little nubbies off the punch outs.

3.  Score at 7/8” along short side of 4” x 3 ¼” red Bazzill cardstock and punch holes by lining the red paper up with the matchbook page.

4.  Stamp sleeping mouse from Mice Thoughts stamp set on 2 15/16” x 2 ½” white card stock. Color with pencils, blend with blender pencil as needed.

5.  Adhere scene onto red Bazzill cardstock.

6.  Stamp sock from Fall Sampler Stamp Set on scrap of white cardstock and cut out.

7.  Color as shown with Prismacolor colored pencils.

8.  Using sticker maker, adhere glue to back of stocking and mount to other side of red Bazzill cardstock.

9.  Paint Snow-Tex on cuff, heel, and toe of stocking, which dries in 2-6 hours.

10. Write the first verse using a black gel pen on white cardstock. Edge paper with Red Brick Versa Magic Chalk ink.

11. Adhere to matchbook page.

12. Stamp gumdrops from Chocoholic stamp set six times with black ink. Color with pencils.

13. Apply diamond glaze to each gum drop and then sprinkle with glitter.

14. After the diamond glaze has dried some apply another layer of glitter. Let dry completely.

15. Stamp six kisses from Chocoholic stamp set in different colors.

16. Apply diamond glaze to each one and let dry completely.

17. Cut out the gumdrops and kisses.

18. Write the second verse on white cardstock and edge with Ocean Depth VersaMagic Chalk Ink.

19. Adhere words and candies to matchbook page.

20. Stamp window twice on white cardstock with black ink.

21. Color one window completely and one just the shutters.

22. Cut out the center of the window with an X-Acto knife.

23. Adhere the shutters to the backside of the window. You have to turn the shutters upside down so they will match
 exactly with the front window.

24. Using a bone folder, make a mark along the shutters so that they will fold.

25. Punch a small hole on the right side on the matchbook page directly under where the curtain will fall.

26. On the backside (snowflake side) of the matchbook page, attach two tags (the white and blue sides showing) from
the kit with a blue star brad.

27. Adhere the window to the front side (plain blue) of the matchbook page making sure you cover the prongs of the
 brads.

28. Write the third verse around the window and inside the window.  The shutters should open and close.

29. Stamp the moon and stars from the God Bless the Moon stamp set onto the snowflake page with black ink.

30. Stamp the moon on a scrap of double cream cardstock, cut out, and adhere over the moon on the page. Color cheek
and eyebrow of the moon with pencils.

31. Color the stars with a yellow pencil.

32. Write the fourth verse on the tags.

33. Apply Stickles to the stars.

34. Punch 3 white and 3 blue snowflakes from scraps of glittery paper. Adhere to bottom of page under the tags.

35. Stamp Santa from Fall Sampler Stamp Set on 1 15/16” x 2 15/16” white cardstock. Color Santa’s face and hat with
 pencils.

36. Stamp Santa’s beard three times on scraps of Lightweight light grey glitter paper. Cut out Santa’s entire beard and
hair on first one, then cut just the beard cutting off the bottom row and on the last one cut off to the first row of
Santa’s beard. Curl the ends of Santa’s beard slightly. Glue the beards to Santa.

37. Apply Liquid appliqué to Santa’s hat and ball. Sprinkle glitter on liquid appliqué and then puff with heat gun.

38. Score the 3 ¾” x 3” red Bazzill cardstock at 15/16” and apply the Santa to it.

39. Write words on white cardstock, attach blue/green frame from kit to words, and then adhere to backside of red
 Bazzill cardstock from #39.

40. Write words on white cardstock. Apply red magic ink to edges and adhere to reindeer page.

42. Stamp reindeer with clear embossing ink on scrap of brown paper, cut out, and adhere to page. Color ribbon with red
 pencil.

48. Adhere holly leaves on corners of words as shown in photo. Apply diamond glaze to berries.

49. Stamp House scene from “A Road to a Friends” stamp set with black ink on a 1 ¾” x 2” white cardstock. Color with pencils. Apply white liquid appliqué as shown, sprinkle with glitter and then heat.

50. Adhere to 2” x 2 ¼” green cardstock and to matchbook page.

51. Write words on white cardstock. Edge with Tea Leaves ink and just touch the edges with hint of Pesto. Adhere to matchbook page.

55. Stamp teddy bears from Best Friend Bears stamp set, color and cut out and apart.

56. Adhere teddy bears to both sides of Santa as shown in photo.

57. Write verse 9 on white cardstock 1 7/8” wide so that it can slide into the pocket. You will need to write on both sides.

62. Write verse 10 on two 2 x 2” pieces of white cardstock. Adhere one to the green and one to the page underneath so that the words don’t show until you flip the “pages” up.
