By Terri Doney

Supplies:

•  Christmas Wreathe stamp (Scrapgoods)
•  Christmas leaf stamp (Scrapgoods)
•  Christmas Bow Stamp (Scrapgoods)
•  Distressing Inks: Fired Brick and Weathered Wood (Ranger)
•  Manila Acid Free Cardstock 8.5” x 11” - 3 sheets
•  Red Cardstock cut to 3.5” x 5” for photo mats - 3 pieces (Bazzill)
•  Manila Acid Free Cardstock, 3x4 for journaling boxes – 3 pieces
•  PVA Book Binding Archival Glue (Club Scrap)
•  Wide Paint Brush or Foam Brush for applying Glue (Donna Dewberry)
•  Acid Free Christmas Rub-Ons, Santa/Jingle (Royal& Langnickel Brush MFG)
•  Sticker Letters Wedge Black (Provo Craft)
•  Christmas Journal Box (Creative Memories)
•  Coluzzle Folder File Template
•  Coluzzle Mat
•  Coluzzle knife
•  Scotch double stick tape (3M)

Instructions:

1. Using the Coluzzle template, mat and knife cut 3 folder files the next largest size.  This will take up most of the 8.5” x 11” sheets.  Stamp randomly with leaf, wreathe and bow stamps in Ranger Weathered Wood distressing ink on both sides of the folder you have created.  When the ink is dry, randomly stamp the wreathes with the bow stamp and fired brick distressing ink.  Once all the folders are stamped on both sides, fold the folders in half.

2. To make your book, you will put all three folders together matching sides; the middle folder will be glued with the PVA glue to the other two folders on a matching side.  This will give you 4 pages in your photo book.  Ink the edges of your book with fired brick distressing ink.

3. On each page you will attach your Bazzill mats or your manila journal boxes, alternating for each page.

4. Decorate your pages with the Christmas rub-ons and letter stickers.  Apply photos using Scotch double stick tape and include journaling If you are giving these books as gifts in place of Christmas cards, leave the mats and boxes blank for your recipient’s use.
