Instructions:

  1. Prepare Formica Chip by applying StazOn Remover and using a sanding sponge to sand off the factory printed label from the surface. Wipe off with a Viva paper towel and clean with Windex to remove any residue.  Remove any sticky price tag or label from the journal by heating it with a heat tool.  Remove label and clean off any remaining sticky residue with Goo~Gone and a Viva paper towel.  Clean surface with Windex to remove traces of residue.

  1. Run the green ribbon through both holes of the Formica Chips and tie into a bow.

  1. Apply Scotch Mounting Tape to the back side of the Formica Chips and center attach it to the front of the journal.  Apply E6000 adhesive to the beads and anchor them into the factory holes of the Formica Chip.

  1. Ink up the stamps with Black StazOn ink pads and stamp images onto the green paint chip sample.

  1. Cut out each one into a basic rectangle shape and run through the Xyron Sticker Maker machine.   Trim around the stamped images leaving a 1/8” margin.  Remove the paper backing from the Xyron adhesive and attach these images to the rust paint chip sample.  Once again, cut out each one into a basic rectangle shape and run through the Xyron Sticker Maker machine.  Remove the paper backing from the Xyron adhesive and attach these images to the Formica Chips as desired.
