Supplies
Eclectic Critters (TAC, the Angel Company) 
Birthday Sketches (TAC, the Angel Company)
Black Beauty Ink Pad (TAC, the Angel Company)
Pink Card Stock – two strips; cut to 1” x 4”
Lime Green Card Stock – one strip; cut to 1” x 4” & small 2”x2” scrap
Black Card Stock -cut to size: 5½” x 8½ “to make a folded card
1-1/4” metal rimmed circle tag (Z-International)
Pop dot (Stamp Craft)
Fiskars Trimmer
1” hole punch (Punch Bunch)
Easy Stick Double Stick Adhesive Runner (Henkel/Duck)

Instructions

1.   Ink up saying stamp from Eclectic Critters using Black Beauty and stamp onto strip of lime green cardstock. Ink up cupcake from Birthday Sketches and stamp onto scrap lime green card stock.  

2.   Align circle punch over cupcake and punch out. Using tape runner adhere punched image to the circle tag and set aside. 

  1. Adhere pink strips of cardstock to black card. Make them slightly off center from each other.  Adhere lime green strip of center but on top of the pink strips.
     
  1.  Place pop dot on the back of tag.  Adhere to the bottom    right hand corner of card.

A Simply Elegant card is complete.
