Tye Dye Imprints

Wanda Troupe I just love this technique. It’s quick, easy and beautiful! Your results will vary with the amount of water you spritz the marker scribbles. The more water you use, the lighter the colors and the more marbled your results will be. I used regular white cardstock in this sample, but if you use glossy cardstock you will get slightly different results. Be sure and try it with other color combinations. Supplies
Instructions 1. Stamp small snowflake images using lavender dye ink onto background of lavender 12”x12” cardstock. Stamp same snowflake images onto background of 8.5”x11” blue cardstock using blue dye ink. Glue blue cardstock to lavender cardstock aligning all the way to the right side.

When tie dyed strip is dry, stamp small snowflake images on 4. Mat picture with 5.5x7.5 white cardstock. Glue picture on top of all layers.

Paint Metallic Pearl paint onto foam letter stamps with paintbrush. Stamp
title on background overlapping all layers. Repeat with chunky foam snowflake
stamps overlapping onto picture. (This is a scanned 6. Add fiber to bottom left hand corner criss-crossing and attaching with glue dots on back of 12x12 background paper. 7. Punch tag from cork paper. Emboss name and date with Label Buddy Embosser and add to tag. Using snowflake brad, attach to background over fiber.
